Jason Allen’s Sway Band
Jason Allen is a great solo singer and has entertained from a young age. In 1999 he enrolled at the Academy Drama School in London and since that time he has worked professionally as a singer and actor in various musical theatre productions including ‘Jesus Christ Superstar’, ‘A Slice of Saturday Night’ & ‘Disco Inferno’. Jason’s film credits include the Feature Films ‘Uncut and Ugly Beautiful’ and ‘Exhibit A’, Jason has also appeared in numerous short films including ‘The Date’ and ‘Pocket’ to name a few.
Jason has also appeared on TV in ‘Eastenders’ and ‘Come Fly with Me’.
Jason’s passion is in music and he excels in swing, jazz and lounge music and also is part of a duo act The Sound of the Musicals. He has sung in 4/4 star venues clubs and locations throughout Essex and London area’s and has gained a reputation as one of the best solo artists around. Recently voted Best Male Singer at the National Entertainment Awards, Jason Allen is fast becoming one of the finest and most talked about singers in the UK.
He came together with his band and formed Jason Allen & The Sway Band who pay the ultimate tribute to The Great American Songbook and have an amazing Jazz set if you so desire.
Based in Kent but performing throughout the UK, Jason and the band perform some of the greatest and most memorable songs of all time.
